BSE214 Two Passage 14 Layers Plansifter
14-layer sieve with Double passage (section). It provides separation of bran from flour. 5 kW 380V or 220V.
This plan sifter has been designed for the sifting of granular and floury products as well as for the sorting of different products in wheat, rye, corn (maize) and buckwheat mills.
In addition, the plan sifter is applied as control sifter in flour storage systems ahead of bagging and bulk loadoutConsists of two section with 11,14 or 16 layers each.

After product is processed within sieve, it exists from 2 or 3 holes that help to separate flour and bran.
If the weight approaches the middle shaft, vibration decreases, if it moves away from the shaft, vibration increases.
